Corey Peters
Corey was born and raised in the Myrtle Beach area and began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser in 2010. He is a Certified General Appraiser in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina, and has expertise with many different property types.
To provide his clients with superior service, Corey pairs his fifteen years of appraising experience with building relationships with local real estate investors, brokers, owners, and lenders. These relationships enable him to provide clients with reliable data and accurate insight into an ever-changing market.
Charles A. Cox, MAI
Charles A. Cox has been involved in real estate valuation along the Grand Strand area of South Carolina since 1989 and also is licensed in the State of North Carolina. Mr. Cox has achieved the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, generally regarded as the premier designation for commercial real estate appraisers nationwide. Over the past thirty five years, he has specialized in hotel/motel appraisals, and has also appraised restaurants, offices, retail, and land, among other properties. Mr. Cox has provided real estate consulting and valuation services for local, regional and national lenders, as well as attorneys, accountants and developers.
